Photographs, project descriptions and figures on this site are presented in good faith as an accurate record of our work, and are not a binding quotation or contract for any project.

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, or writing to our AI assistant is a request for information and does not create a contract between you and SAI. A project only begins once both sides agree to it in writing, typically after a site visit, drawings and a formal quotation.
We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, but this is our usual practice, not a guaranteed response time.

The assistant on this site answers from information about SAI's services, projects and process. It is a convenience for browsing the site and starting a conversation, not a source of binding technical, legal or contractual advice. For anything specific to your project, speak with our team directly.
