This policy explains what information SAI — Specialized Architecture Ideas collects through sa-ideas.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep this simple: we are a contracting and architectural solutions company with a portfolio website, not an advertising business, and we do not sell or trade personal information.

02What we collect
When you send us an enquiry — through the home page, the Contact page, or the newsletter field on the Services page — we collect what you type into that form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you are asking about, and your message.
If you write to our AI assistant, we receive the questions you type. When the assistant is answering from the site's own information, nothing you type leaves our server. When it is answering with the help of a language model, your message is sent to that model's provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply, under their own privacy terms.
Your browser also holds one small file — a cookie — that remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Arabic. It carries no personal information and is not used to track you across other sites.
We do not run advertising trackers, marketing pixels or third-party analytics on this website.
03How we use it
We use the details from an enquiry to reply to it: by email, by WhatsApp, or by phone, whichever you have made it possible for us to use. We do not use your enquiry to send you marketing unless you separately ask to be kept updated.
We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation, and no longer than necessary for that purpose.
04Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox using Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message only to deliver it. Our website and its content are hosted on Vercel and our content is managed through Sanity; both may process technical, non-identifying information — such as server logs — as part of running the site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone for their own marketing purposes.
05Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the email address on our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
You can clear the language cookie at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site; the site will then follow your browser's own language on your next visit.
06Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
